Confirm dimensions and packaging

When comparing tungsten electrode products, confirm both diameter and length. Write the measurement units explicitly and check that the quotation uses the same units as your requirement.

Keep the number of electrodes distinct from the number of packs. Ask BSY to confirm the packing quantity and the total quantity being quoted. Share any label, identification or other packaging requirement in the inquiry rather than leaving it until the order is ready.

Reference photographs can help explain your needs, but they do not replace a written specification. Review the grade code, dimensions, quantity and packaging details together before approving the order. If anything differs from your request, ask for clarification.
